Abogado Virtual CR does NOT sell legal data or information, which is of a public nature. We offer a technological platform and advanced exploration, search, and analysis tools to facilitate access to such information.

The Artificial Intelligence (IA) integrated into our platform is an additional complement designed to automate certain legal data search, summary, and analysis tasks.

All content, trademarks, logos, database structure, and source code are the exclusive property of Abogado Virtual CR. The collection of legal data is of a public nature, but its organization and processing are protected by copyright.

We collect registration information, consultation history (for service functionality), and uploaded documents. This data is used exclusively to operate the platform and improve your experience. We DO NOT use your conversations or documents to train Artificial Intelligence models. We do not sell your personal data; we only share necessary information with essential technical infrastructure and payment processing providers (OnvoPay). In accordance with Law N° 8968, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data. To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please contact us directly.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. The user is responsible for managing their subscription and canceling it before renewal if they wish.

The use of bots, scrapers, or any automated tool to mass-extract documents from our database is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in immediate account cancellation without refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica.
